The increase in burden is due to an increased number of respondents because an additional carrier has introduced operations at DCA and a higher average volume of slot transfer transactions. Additionally, the reservation system for unscheduled operations under 14 C.F.R. ยง 93.129 previously had not been included in this information collection. The hourly burden has increased from 708 to 3,441 hours.
