Short Statement: The burden for this collection of information has decreased by 12,000 hours. The decrease in burden is due to one adjustment shown in the table provided in the answer to question number 15 of the Supporting Justification. The current OMB inventory exhibits a total of 17,677 hours, while the present submission requests a total of 5,677 hours. Hence, there is a decrease in burden of 12,000 hours. There is no change in cost to respondents from the last submission.
