Short Statement: There are program changes/decreases to the annual number of responses of -6 and to the annual burden hours of -450 hours. These program changes/decreases are due the Commission removing the "Required Submission for Waiver Request" requirement from this collection because it is no longer necessary, as this provision has expired. The Commission also re-evaluated the assessment of the burdens for this information collection and determined there has been are adjustments/decreases to the total annual number of respondents of -7, to the total annual number of responses of -435, to the total annual burden hours of -1,459, and to the total annual cost of -$26,300.
