Short Statement: The decrease in estimated burden is due to an adjustment to reflect the difference between the number of actual submissions of Form TCR and Form WB-APP and tthe estimates provided in connection with the initial approval of these collections of information. The estimated annual burden has been reduced 9,992 hours and the annual cost was reducted by $53,000.
