Short Statement:
This is a revision of a currently approved collection. FNS Forms 683 Worksheet (Financial Report) and 203 Worksheet (Program Report) was consolidated, merged and renamed Annual Financial and Program Data Report and is now contained in The Food Programs Reporting System (FPRS) OMB Control No. 0584-0594, Expiration Date: 6/30/2017. As a result of this merge, there is an adjustment which decreases the burden estimates for this collection by -184 burden hours and -92 responses. The most recent annual report shows that 47 State agencies administer the FMNP, this is an increase in the number of State agencies participating in the FMNP from 45 to 47 State agencies, including the authorization of 3,322 farmers' markets, 17,713 farmers, and 2,758 roadside stands authorized to accept FMNP coupons (for a total of 23,793 authorized entities).
