Short Statement: There is a decrease in the burden due to a decrease in the number of Form EOIR-29s received by EOIR and DHS, as well as a miscalculation from the previous reporting period that included figures for all pending submissions with DHS. With respect to the cost to DHS, the calculation should have been limited to an annual average of the prior three fiscal years.
