Abstract:
The Commission's Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, MB Docket Nos. 12-108, 12-107, FCC 13-138, adopts rules implementing portions of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (the CVAA) related to the accessibility of digital apparatus and navigation devices used to view video programming. These rules are codified at 47 C.F.R. ยงยง 79.107, 79.108,79.109, and 79.110.
