Abstract:
The stock application forms are required by the Federal Reserve Act and Regulation I and must be used by a new or existing member bank (including a national bank) to request the issuance, adjustment in, or cancellation of Federal Reserve Bank stock. The application forms must contain certain certifications by the Applicant as well as certain other financial and shareholder data that is needed by a Reserve Bank to process the request.
