Short Statement: The reported burden increase is a result of an examination of forms downloaded from the bureau's website along with the distribution of printed copies over the last 3-4 years. The increase of 37,000 responses is an adjustment in agency estimate and is attributed to the increased popularity of the direct deposit option.
