Abstract:
This ICR covers five aspects of EPA's certification program for passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and highway motorcycles: 1) car and light truck fuel economy, 2) motorcycle certification, 3) the manufacturers' in-use testing program for cars and light trucks, 4) car and light truck emissions certification, and 5) defect and voluntary emission recall reports for cars, light trucks, and motorcycles.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
