Abstract:
Licensees/permittees file FCC Form 347 to apply for a license for a low power TV, TV translator, or TV booster station. The FCC uses the data obtained from FCC Form 347 to confirm that the station has been built in the outstanding construction permit. The data from FCC Form 347 is also included in any subsequent license to operate the station.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
