Short Statement: This submission reflects a program change decrease of -3,211 hours attributed to 1) deletion of all forms related to termination of handling regulations under M.O. 947 for OR-CA Potatoes; 2) deletion of an assortment of other obsolete forms; and an adjustment increase of 677 hours covering flucuation of respondents/responses for remaining marketing orders for a total decrease of -2,534 burden hours.
