Abstract:
The 2015 RHFS will collect structural and finance information from single-family and multifamily rental properties nationwide. The RHFS interviews owners and managers of rental properties. Estimates derived from the 2015 RHFS sample will help public and private stakeholders better understand the financing, operating costs, and property characteristics of the rental housing stock in the United States.
