Short Statement: The estimated total annual burden has decreased from 17.5 hours to 14 hours. Based on a review of filings, the number of funds relying on rule 17f-1 has decreased slightly and the time to prepare the filings has not changed. The annual cost burden has decreased from $44,000 to $37,200. This $6,800 decrease is primarily attributable to changes in the number of funds relying on rule 17f-1.
