Short Statement: This revision results in an increase in overall burden hours. This is due to a re-estimation of hours per response as a result of several public comments. The revisions primarily include the addition of a Performance Measurement Form that will more effectively capture project performance data. There is a reduction in the number of respondents, as fewer grants were awarded in FY 2014.
