The previous burden numbers reported were based on payments. Individual agencies are paid multiple times. The number of responses that shows reported in the system for the prior reporting period should have been 5,000 instead of 50,000. Data that was recently made available allowed us to further break out the numbers and to account for agencies that filed the forms multiple times.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
