Short Statement: There has been an increase of 137,660 in the total annual burden hours from those previously reported for this information collection, from 1,412,950 to 1,550,610. This increase can be attributed to the increase in the number of respondents from 565,180 respondents to 620,244. The decrease in the number of respondents is based on updated FY13-15 statistical data and the resulting adjustment in agency estimates.
