Short Statement: The estimated burden of 27,500 hours for the BE-180 benchmark survey is shown as a change due to adjustment in agency estimate. The estimate for the 2014 BE-180 benchmark survey is more than the respondent burden for the previous (2009) benchmark survey of 24,000 hours. The increase in burden reflects an increase in the size of the respondent universe.
