Short Statement: The Commission has program changes to the information collection to reflect the adoption of the R&O in WT Docket No. 12-40, FCC 14-181, which eliminates the need for certain Cellular Service applications and streamlines filing requirements that remain in place. Specifically, the Commission has decreased the number of respondents by 300, the number of responses by 300, the annual burden hours by 900 hours, and the annual cost by $371,250. There are no adjustments to this collection.
