Short Statement: OSHA is requesting an extension of its current approval of the information collection requirements for this regulation. The Agency is requesting an adjustment decrease in the current burden hours from 222,924 hours to 215,704 hours, a total decrease of 7,220 hours. While better burden hour and costs estimates for SHARP documentation increased the burden hours, this was offset by the decrease in the number of On-site Consultation visits.
