Short Statement: The program adjustment increase of 64,300 estimated annual burden hours (302,400 proposed - 238,100 previously approved ) is due to FTA's inclusion of rural transit reporters to NTD reporting and FTA's ability to more accurately capture the number of hours required to successfully submit a NTD report.
