Abstract:
Under USC Title 22 Chapter 39, ATF requires importers of items that are on the United States Munitions Import List register with ATF and must file an intent to import specific items as well as certify to the Bureau that the items were in fact received.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
