Short Statement: The changes suggested are minor, i.e. updating language to reflect the current seminars being offered and the electronic system being used to accept applications. A reduction in burden from the previously approved collection is anticipated as program funding cuts have decreased the numbers of applicants. In addition, the number of references that applicants are being asked to submit has been reduced from three to two.
