Short Statement: The estimated overall burden increased by 25,187.5 hours from 10,998.5 hours to 36,186. This is primarily due to the fact that the new estimate incorporates a more accurate estimate of the total number of general licenses in NRC jurisdiction and in Agreement States, which led to a substantial increase in the estimated number of burden hours attributable to recordkeeping. In addition, the fee rate increased from $273 to $279 per hour.
