The estimated burden hours associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2 have decreased from the current allocation of 56 hours to 40 hours, a decrease of 16 hours. This decrease is due to a change in the Commission staff's methodology for estimating the burden hours associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2. The estimated cost burden associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N 8B 2 has decreased from $59,000 to $40,000. This decrease is also due to a change in the Commission staff's methodology for estimating the burden hours associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2.
