Abstract:
The information collection requirements of the Standard are directed toward assuring the safety and health of divers exposed to hyper baric conditions during and after undersea activities. Also, the required recordkeeping is intended to bring about a safe workplace and assure the safety of divers.

OSHA is requesting a net adjustment decrease of 81 burden hours (from 205,096 hours to 205,015 hours). The Agency has determined that inspection activities are not within the scope of the PRA under 5 CFR 1320.4(A)(2), therefore, the Agency is no longer taking burden hours or costs for disclosing records.
