Short Statement:
We are reporting a change due to agency adjustment, which is a net decrease in the hour burden of the ICR budget of 280 hours, and $4,901 in cost burden from the most recently approved ICR. Based on the number of current contracts, approximately 177 districts are required to submit summary forms. This total decreased by 5 districts. This is consistent with our expectations based on the numbers of districts that in the last two years (a) fulfilled their contractual project construction cost obligations to Reclamation, (b) were legislatively exempted, or (c) voluntarily completed requirements in order to be exempt from the acreage limitation provisions of Federal reclamation law.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$32,520
