Short Statement: The Department is requesting a revision of the current Perkins Loan Assignment form to include electronic processing. There is a downward adjustment in the number of respondents but an increase in the number of assignment forms and burden hours associated with the processing based on 2014 usage. There has been no change to the statute or regulations regarding this requirement. The burden change is an adjustment based on a re-estimation of usage of the form.
