Short Statement: FERC staff updated the burden hours to reflect the increased use of technology which makes copying, printing and distributing the engineering diagrams easier and quicker. The increased usage of technology significantly reduced the burden hours associated with the collection. Additionally, the number of respondents decreased from 103 to 93 due to normal fluctuation in the activity concerning gas pipelines.
