There was a decrease of 1,175 burden hours during the last reporting period (From 15,745 to 14,570 hours) due to the Electric program caseload and the number of loans and respondents. There was a decrease in the average number of respondents from 650 to 600 due to a number of loans paid and cases where borrowers merged.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
