Short Statement: The RRB's proposed BA-9 (Internet) offers railroad employers a quicker, direct, less cumbersome, and less burdensome way to report to the RRB. The reduction of -218 hours in overall proposed burden is due largely to the RRB's continued efforts to automate the Employer Reporting process.
