Abstract:
This is a request for a three year renewal of our List Frame Surveys. These surveys provide information for building and maintaining a list of farm operators. Control data is collected and maintained for use in drawing more efficient samples. There are no summaries or publications resulting from these surveys. Data confidentiality is protected under CIPSEA.

The National Agricultural Classification Survey (NACS) will only be conducted once during this three year approval. The list building efforts that are associated with the 2017 Census of Agriculture will be included with the Census docket (0535-0226).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
