Terms of Clearance:
Prior to the commencement of the Quarterly Survey of Public Pensions distribution, the Census Bureau shall provide on its Internet site prominent links to a set of finalized survey forms, including instructions and cover letters, comparable to those provided for the 2012 Economic Census report forms. The final forms and letters shall reflect any changes in the survey year, OMB number expiration date, and Census leadership from those submitted for review.

Abstract:
The Census Bureau needs the F-10 to survey the asset balances of major public employee retirement systems. This form is the basis for a quarterly report that is used by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). This survey is input for the Federal Flow of Funds produced by the FRB and the Gross Domestic Product produced by the BEA.
