Abstract:
Indian Tribes and individual Indian mineral owners receive all royalties generated from their lands. Determining product valuation is essential to ensure that Indian Tribes and individual Indian mineral owners receive royalty payment on the full value of the minerals removed from their lands. In order for ON RR to determine whether lessees paid proper royalties on minerals produced from Indian leases, we must collect information to verify transportation and processing allowable deductions.
