Short Statement: The amendments will result in an estimated additional 52,883 hours burden hours, annualized, and $1,535,000 in capital/non-labor costs. Estimated labor costs, as detailed in the Supplemental Supporting Statement incorporated in this ICR, cumulative of all affected entities, is $2,191,368. "Changes due to adjustment" to agency estimates previously approved relate to what, instead, will be applied to the forthcoming ICR for the above-noted proposed amendments. Those estimates originated with the FTC's June 18, 2014 Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking submitted to OMB (ICR 201406-3084-001). The Commission is inviting further public comment on some of those proposals, as further revised via the proposed amendment rulemaking that will be submitted to OMB immediately after the instant ICR.
