The decrease in respondents is a continuation of a decline reported in the last renewal package since FS Form 1980 is used to process requests for securities that are no longer issued. The decrease of 490 hours is an adjustment agency estimate for a total of 310 burden hours requested.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
