This is a merge of the burden assigned to OMB# 0584-0576 for the Nutrition Standards for All Foods Sold in School As Required by the HHFKA 2010 to 0584-0006. This change request also corrects the annual responses for a recent merge of the Professional Standards rule to 0584-0006.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
