Abstract:
The information will be collected in an effort to characterize and understand the scope of on-farm biosecurity practices. The information collected will inform planning to minimize future outbreaks of HPAI and aid in developing future control options.
Emergency Justfication:
Approval to collect this information is needed immediately to protect the North American poultry population from the effects of continued spread of HPAI and to provide equitable compensation to poultry owners and growers due to the disease.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
