Abstract:
The information collected on the survey will enable the Arson and Explosives Programs Division to determine more accurately to what degree the customers we serve are satisfied with our efforts and how we can better serve our customers. This collection is a result of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
