Short Statement: There is a change in respondents being requested because there were more eligible institutions that expressed interest in participating in the PELL for Students who are Incarcerated Experimental Sites Initiative than was initially anticipated. There are 70 more institutions that FSA would like to include in the participating selection process. There is no change to the questions being asked; only an increase in the number of respondents from 100 to 170 and the responding burden associated with the increase in respondents. The increase is treated as an adjustment.
