Short Statement: An increase in burden hours is necessary for applicants to respond to the new evidence-based competitive preference priorities. Endowment assurance was deleted from Program Profile form. Endowment is not an allowable activity for ANNH. Added ANNH certification to Program Profile, since ANNH has AN & NH population percentage requirement.
