The burden has not changed. The hour burden of one hour was previously approved under OMB Control No. 3235-0634. However, the most recent submission under 3235-0634 was incorrectly marked as a generic information collection request, so we are applying for a new OMB control number to correct this error. No changes were made to the collection.
