Abstract:
The Department is requiring that State agencies report outcome data for SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) programs as mandated by Section 16(h)(5) of the Food and Nutrition Act (FNA) as amended by section 4022 of the Agricultural Act of 2014.

This is a new collection mandated by Section 16(h)(5) of the Food and Nutrition Act. As a result of program changes associated with the interim rulemaking, this collection will increase the OMB inventory by 12,233 hours annually.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
