Abstract:
CDC requests approval to reinstate information collection from awardees funded through the Colorectal Cancer Control Program (CRCCP). The annual grantee survey has been revised to reflect changes in program focus under a new cooperative agreement. A new clinic-level information collection plan has been added to support assessment of a primary outcome of interest, changes in CRC screening rates within partner health systems.
