Short Statement: If the Commission adopts the information collection requirements as proposed in a final rulemaking, the following burdens/increases will be added to OMB’s inventory. The total number of responses will increase from 3,569,028 to 3,597,086 (+28,039) and the total annual burden hours will increase from 82,008 hours to 116,933 hours (+34,925). There are no changes to the total number of respondents.
