Short Statement: There is an adjustment increase in the respondent labor hours and cost in this ICR compared to the previous ICR. This is not due to program changes. The increase occurred because this ICR assumes all existing respondents will take some time each year to re-familiarize with the regulatory requirements. Additionally, there is a small decrease of $36 in the estimated O&M cost due to rounding. This ICR rounds all calculated burden and costs to three significant digits. There is no change in the methodology or assumption used to calculate O&M cost.
