Short Statement: There is an adjustment increase in burden from the previous ICR, including increases in the respondent labor hours, O&M cost, and number of responses. This is due to an increase in the estimated number of sources subject to the standard. In this ICR, we assume the industry continues to grow at a rate of one new source per year. Additionally, there is a small change in the assumption where we assume all existing sources will need to re-familiarize with the regulatory requirements each year. This change in assumption also contributes to the increase in respondent labor hours.
