Short Statement: The Commission is reporting adjustments/decreases to the number of respondents from 1,250 to 1,064 (-186), to the number of responses from 15,000 to 12,757 (-2,243) and to the total annual burden hours from 11,250 to 9,568 (-1,682). These adjustments/decreases are due to a consolidation in the telecommunications marketplace, which resulted in a decrease in our burden estimates since our last submission to OMB.
