This is a new information collection request for a generic clearance for Special Nutrition Programs Quick Response Surveys. FNS estimates that this generic will add up to 34,518 burden hours and 250,736 responses over the three year approval to OMB's information collection inventory as a program change.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
