Short Statement: Although the number of responses reported for this renewal has not changed, we are reporting an increase of 525 burden hours. The increased number of burden hours is the result of our outreach to applicants who have recently completed an application. We adjusted our average completion time from 25 hours per response to 40 hours (an increase of 15 hours per response) to more accurately represent the average amount of time needed to complete an application.
